I live near the ocean in beautiful Perth in Western Australia. My daughter Nicki (20) and our 2 dogs, Montana and Rusty, live with me and my son Martin (22) lives close by with his dog Faith.

What do you mean, they’re only laughter lines? Nothing is THAT funny.

I love to read and listen to CDs and downloads. Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hanh, Wayne Dyer and Sonia Choquette are some of my favourites. My book-buying and library visiting technique is to wander past the shelves and smile as books leap out and say “Pick Me!”. I recommend you try it, it seems to work well!

My taste in music is wide, although I have a soft spot for the music of the 70s. I spent my teenage and young adult years in London with a guitarist/guitar maker. If you have seen Almost Famous, then you will have a sense of my life at that time.

Hand over the chocolate and no one gets hurt.

I potter in my garden, growing flowers and veggie’s which we share with various bugs and chewing creatures.

I paint, mainly in oils, all sorts of different styles, sometimes I start an Australian landscape and a few hours later step back to discover that it resembles a Welsh hillside. Yes, our past is always evident in our present.

I eat yummy healthy meals prepared by my daughter and enjoy guilt-free chocolate brownies.

I moved into coaching from a background of over 25 years of sales and support services in the corporate world. My degree is in Computer Science. My roles have included management, consultancy and project management in the UK and Australia. I have been coaching since 1997 and I am a graduate of Coach University: www.coachu.com.

I have been teaching Hatha Yoga since July 2006, and my Yoga practice is an important part of my life.
