Yoga

Yoga is one of the great gifts available to us all.

We may come to Yoga in order to increase our fitness, our flexibility or our strength, either mental or physical. Perhaps we come to yoga to reduce stress, cope with stress, learn how to relax, learn how to breathe or practice meditation. Perhaps we want to grow spiritually, improve our self confidence or improve our relationships.

Whatever our initial motivation, with committment and practice, we find that Yoga can support us to achieve all the above.

Yoga is not a religion, but is a practical philosophy for increasing physical, emotional and spiritual health. If you would like to learn more you can check out some of the articles.

I hold open classes, suitable for all levels of experience and fitness in Mount Claremont (WA 6010), on Tuesday mornings, from 9:15am to 10:45am and on Thursday afternoons from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm. On Thursday mornings I run classes in Nedlands from 10:00am to 11:45pm. Contact me for further details
