I don’t believe that life is meant to be a struggle. I want you to experience more joy in your current life as you move steadily towards your goals and dreams

Traditional goal setting often comes from a place of “lack,” a dissatisfaction with the present.
The approach we take in this ecourse is one of gratitude for what we have, celebration of who we are, and a trust in our ability to co-create from the heart. If we want more of something in our lives then let’s acknowledge, celebrate and be grateful for those places where we already have some of it.

To attract more of something into our lives we need to create space for this by letting go of what no longer serves us.

Everything in life happens gradually and then suddenly, whether this is a heart attack, a divorce, or our first best-seller. We are creatures of habit and we will use this “weakness” as our strength as we take steady, consistent steps in the direction of our dreams.

Have you ever found yourself saying or thinking, ‘What about me? When do I get a go?’ and immediately felt guilty?   If so, the book ‘Selfcare Isn’t Selfish’ is for you !

The book includes exercises which you can do on your own. However, I understand that taking the time to complete the exercises and then actually making changes can be challenging, especially if you are used to putting your own needs last.

This, self paced ecourse is designed to make things easier and more sustainable for you, by including personal coaching.  We work in partnership throughout the course..

Your role is to read the course material and complete the exercises at a pace which works for you. My role is to walk alongside you, as your coach, your cheerleader and sounding board. I will encourage you to ask for help, discuss ideas, share problems and celebrate successes and will support you to design and take practical steps towards a happier, more fulfilling life.
